These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Visulingo mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Ahmet Fatih Küçükkişnişci, an individual developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye ("Visulingo", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial language-learning purposes, subject to these Terms.

The App uses third-party AI and language services to generate translations, examples, speech, and other content. Such content is provided for learning purposes and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely on it as professional, educational, or other authoritative advice, and you are responsible for how you use it.
The App, its design, logos, and content (excluding content you provide) are owned by Visulingo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that may cause harm to us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that learning outcomes will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visulingo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you use the App on an Apple device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Visulingo only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
